F. Matthias Alexander, born in 1869 in Tasmania. He made a theory for removing muscular tension. He always experimented on himself for removing muscular tension, for this he researched & practiced ten years. Alexander developed his theater including famous scientist & physician. In 1937 when he published a British medical journal, 19 doctor sign in a letter on this journal. The journal published about Alexander idea for removing muscular tension.
